This system sits between an enterprise ERP and the region's last-mile delivery carriers, automatically choosing the most reliable and cost-effective carrier for each shipment based on past performance and coverage area. It handles the shipment lifecycle end to end, from label generation to tracking updates.

Delivery carriers across Southeast Asia often use inconsistent or outdated APIs. We built a standard adapter layer to bring data from over a dozen different providers into one consistent format.

The client now processes a high volume of shipments monthly with far fewer routing errors, and has cut shipping costs by choosing carriers more intelligently.
